Our Policies

Payment Policy

All payments are due at the time of order processing. Acceptable forms of payment are American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and check. If you would like to pay by check, please call us at 800-434-0555 so we may process your payment and ship your order.

Shipping Policy

Standard ground shipping is FREE on all orders. Most orders ship via Federal Express or UPS Ground and arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders received before 1:00PM EST are processed the same day.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days for a full credit or refund. Please allow up to 10 business days after the item is received back to Homecare Concepts for the credit to be applied. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee.


Credit will only be granted for products that are in resalable condition. We are a medical equipment company and we take pride in the products that we provide. Therefore, we will not take back items that have been opened, have been used, broken, scuffed or dirty.


Customers are responsible for costs incurred due to returning item(s). Call customer service at 800-434-0555, or email returns@homecareconcepts.com to begin the returning process. Only returns that are called or emailed will receive credit, once the item is received back.
